How to Submit a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Fair treatment matters when you contact Mrsdeveloped Concrete about a project. If your experience falls short, please let us know. This page explains how to submit a complaint and what follows. It is a general template rather than legal advice.
Concerns You Can Send
You may contact us about:
- Your experience with our phone or messaging service
- How your personal information was used or handled
- Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
- The behavior of a provider reached through our service
When the Concern Involves a Provider
Providers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with work at your home, raise the issue directly with the provider first and keep written records.
Please also share the concern with us. Provider feedback helps support an honest network, and repeated shortcomings may result in removal. Mrsdeveloped Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or represent the provider.
Details to Include
Send your complaint to contact@mrsdeveloped.property with:
- Your name and contact details
- The date of your contact with us or the provider
- The phone number used or form submitted, if remembered
- The provider's name, if known
- A brief account of the issue and the action you would like from us
After Your Message Arrives
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, generally within a few business days. We will examine the issue and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.
Asking for Another Review
If our reply leaves your concern unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also approach your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
